Refunds
Kingdom Designs, LLC (“Kingdom Designs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) produces custom-made DTF and UV DTF transfers printed to order. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final except as expressly stated below.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We will only authorize a replacement or refund if a product defect is determined, at our sole discretion, to have been directly caused by a Kingdom Designs production error. Qualifying defects may include:
- Printer misprints or mechanical printing errors
- Under-cured or over-cured transfers caused during production
- Adhesive or film defects resulting from processing
- Physical damage caused during packaging or fulfillment
All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
After 7 days from the purchase date, orders are considered accepted and non-defective.
2. Non-Returnable Situations (Customer Responsibility)
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for issues resulting from customer-provided files, artwork preparation, design setup, sizing decisions, or application technique.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Low-resolution or pixelated artwork
- Improperly removed or unremoved backgrounds
- Use of automated background removal tools resulting in quality loss
- Overlapping design elements or layout errors
- Incorrect sizing selected at time of purchase
- Color shifts due to file format or color profile differences
- Pressing errors (incorrect temperature, pressure, or dwell time)
- Fabric incompatibility or garment-related issues
Customers are solely responsible for verifying artwork quality, transparency, resolution, sizing, and proper application settings prior to purchase and pressing.
Kingdom Designs does not proof, edit, or modify artwork unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
3. Claim Submission Requirements
To request review of a potential production defect, customers must:
- Email dt*@****************ns.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include the order number
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the alleged defect
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Kingdom Designs reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a defect qualifies for replacement or refund.
4. Resolution
If a defect is verified as a Kingdom Designs production error, we may, at our discretion:
- Reprint the defective item, or
- Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the defect was caused by our error.
5. Google Merchant Compliance Statement
- Return window: 7 days from purchase date
- Method: Email claim with photo documentation
- Restocking fees: None (custom items are non-returnable unless defective)
- Refund method: Original payment method
- Processing time: Determined after defect review
