Finally, you can sublimate on dark colored garments and cotton! EasySubli is the revolutionary, new heat transfer vinyl by Siser that you can sublimate with a Sawgrass sublimation system! This opens a new world of garments that you can personalize with high definition, full color images – not just light-colored polyester fabrics!

Siser EasySubli heat transfer vinyl is designed to be used specifically with Sawgrass EasySubli ink cartridges. For best results, do not use standard Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink with Siser EasySubli heat transfer vinyl.

Specifications:

• Polyester composition with static backing
• 8.66 mil thickness with matte finish
• Siser EasySubli Mask recommended for successful application
• Recommended for use with a 45 or 60-degree cutting blade
• Layering not recommended
• Not compatible with latex or inkjet/toner-based printers

Print & Cut Instructions:

1. Select the Siser Profile in the Sawgrass Print Manager.
2. Do NOT Mirror
3. Print on matte side.
4. Allow to cure for 24 hours or hover for 60 seconds under press.
5. Include crop/registration marks if cutting.
6. Cut on the edge of the image to avoide a border.
7. Use a squegee and the EasySubli™ masking, remove the printed image from the
   carrier sheet Or you can remove by hand and place directly on the garment.

Application Instructions:

• Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
• Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
• Apply design at 311°F
• Use medium pressure for 15 seconds
• Peel carrier hot
