By placing an order on shopkingdomdesigns.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders require full payment before production begins. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our production queue.

Custom Products All DTF transfers, gang sheets, and UV DTF products are custom-made to order. Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders unless there is a defect in printing quality.

Order Pickup Local pickup orders will receive a notification (via email and/or SMS) when ready. A pickup code will be provided for order verification. You must present your pickup code to collect your order.

Shipping Shipped orders include tracking information sent via email and/or SMS. Kingdom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

SMS Communications By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive order-related SMS messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Quality Guarantee We inspect all orders before release. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the defect for a reprint at no charge.
