Screen Print Transfers - Frequently Asked Questions.

If it is your first time working with screen print transfers or first time using our transfers specfically, below are some frequently asked questions to get you started!

To press our screen print transfers, you’ll want to set your heat press to 325° Fahrenheit and press for 7 seconds. If you have a manual press, you’ll want to to set your pressure to 8, 9, or heavy setting. For automatic machines, 60 P.S.I.. You should peel the screen print transfer directly after pressing (hot peel).  

  1. Prepare your heat press settings 

    Temp: 325° Fahrenheit
    Pressure: 8/9 or 60 PSI

  2. Prepare / Load Garment
    Lay garment on lower plate of heat press. Smooth any wrinkles, can press 1-2 seconds to smooth wrinkled garments.

  3. Place your transfer
    Place your transfer on the garment print side down.
  4. Press & Peel
    Press your transfer for 7 seconds. Lift press and peel transfer immediately.

Most screen print transfers listed on our website are made with our “original” formula. This formula can be used on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and cotton/poly blends. This formula can also be applied to light and dark colored garments. 

We do have other formulas available, for example one with a “softer feel”. If you would like more information about additional formulas, contact us.

We are 100% committed to shipping our screen print transfers the same business day your order is placed, if it is before 3 p.m. EST. For orders after 3 p.m., they will be shipped the next business day.

We offer (2) options for shipping: 
First Class (1-3 day shipping) or Priority Mail (1-3 day shipping + $100 insurance incld.).
